About JSoft

Our Goal
Our goal is to develop software applications and provide services that are synonymous with quality while offering extreme value. We will achieve this by listening to our customers and through a process that balances rapid application development with strategic capability.

Development Methodology
JSoft applies an architecture centric agile software development methodology to cost effectively develop software without compromising the strategic value of architecture to maintain quality and agility recognising the full life cycle of a product.

Capabilities
JSoft has systems experise in a range of languages, operating systems and telecommunications environments and specialise in the development of OO applications using Java J2EE for telecommunications. Languages: UML,Java, Perl, HTML, SQL and C/C++ Relational Data Base Management Systems: Informix, Oracle, Postgres, Microsoft Access Operating Systems: Solaris, HPUX, Windows NT/2000, Linux Telecommunications Manufacturers: Ericsson, NEC (Neax), Alcatel We have developed applications for fixed line and mobile networks, including centralised network management software and auto activation systems for GSM networks. For in-house development JSoft relies extensively on open source software including CVS for source control, JUnit framework, Perl scripting for configuration management, Ant build and deployment, JBosss application server, Postgres database engine, Linux and Samba file management systems. JSoft maintains Linux, HPUX, Solaris and Windows test environments
