Maintenance
JSoft provide support services customized to meet our customer's needs. JSoft can play a proactive role to increase performance and productivity by bundling managed services and development or just reduce risk by providing second tier support services including trouble shooting and problem resolution. The JSoft support contract will define:
- Availability of services (8x5 or 24x7)
- Response times (24hr, 12hr, 2hr)
- Scope of services (problem resolution, training, managed services, development)
Customer Support Services
JSoft provides customers with specific support services including customer specific web services. For information about download areas, bug reporting, project tracking and helpdesk support please contact JSoft.
Application Services
JSoft offers application services for a number of OSS applications including alarm monitoring, performance monitoring, service activation or provisioning and trouble ticketing. Under the ASP model JSoft will be responsible for managing all aspects of the system and will provide access to the system according to a Service Level Agreement. The ASP model has significant benefits in reduced cost of ownership, higher availability and lower risk where the system is managed by experts in the applications.

Open Source
JSoft supports the 'Open Source' initiative as a business model to develop higher quality lower cost software. Under this model JSoft will migrate its OSS solutions to OSSJ and release them under an open source license. The JSoft OSSJ opensource roadmap will be available shortly.
